These problems can be corrected by adjusting the machine settings. The most frequently adjusted packaging machine temperature, circulating wind speed, conveyor belt speed, number of ventilation holes and shrink film size

Flatulence, hot air remains in the shrink film


solution:


1. Increase the number of vents to speed up the air leakage from the Shrink Film


2. Slow down the conveyor belt speed of the packaging machine, so that hot air has a longer time to leak from the shrink film


3. Increase the temperature of the packaging machine to help air leak from the shrink film

The second problem of using PVC shrink film packaging:


Atomization


The surface of the shrink film becomes fuzzy, like a mist


solution:


1. Lower the temperature of the packaging machine. Excessive temperature is the cause of the shrink film atomization


2. Increase the conveyor speed of the packaging machine to reduce the time that the shrink film is exposed to heat


The third problem of using PVC Shrink Film packaging:


Fish-eye, fish-eye-like wrinkles appear on the surface of the shrink film


solution:


1. The temperature of the shrink packaging machine is too low, you can increase the temperature of the packaging machine


2. The speed of the conveyor belt of the shrink packaging machine is too fast, so the speed of the conveyor belt can be reduced


3. The circulating wind force of the shrink packaging machine is too low, so the circulating wind force can be lowered
